If an item you purchase becomes unavailable, you'll be notified, and we will find a replacement item.
Once you order ships, decorated items cannot be returned. Undecorated items may be returned within 15 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping to Tri-city Sports.
Please allow at least TWO WEEKS from when we receive your order to be completed. Any embroidery work will add 14 to 21 business day to complete order.
